• Charging Not Started: Charges are debited on a live, per-unit-consumed basis. If a charging session fails to start due to technical or network issues, any refund requests must be raised by contacting our support team.
• Successful Charging Session: Once the charging session has successfully started, the amount corresponding to the energy consumed will be charged and is non-refundable.
• Vending-Type Chargers: For vending-type chargers, any amount other than the used amount will be refunded after the session ends.
• Remaining Balance Refund: If a user stops the charging session before the full amount is consumed, any refund requests must be raised by contacting our support team.
• Wallet Payments: For app wallet amount refunds, users need to contact us for now.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
• User Responsibility: Users are advised to ensure stable network connectivity and correct charger selection before initiating a charging session.
